Custom pieces are made for your home, so they're final sale. If an unused piece isn't quite right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for store credit worth 50% of what you paid, toward your next purchase. Fabric and wallpaper need to come back before they're cut, hung, or installed. You're responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your piece is back and we've confirmed it's unused, we'll add the store credit to your account and email you when it's ready to use. If you'd like help choosing something new, our design team is happy to help: Design Help

Furniture, embroidered pillows and pouches, and used or altered pieces aren't eligible.
