Our products are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. We highly recommend ordering samples so you can experience the color, pattern, and texture before you purchase.

In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please send us photographs of the issue and we will repair or replace your products.

If you are unhappy with your selections, we will let you exchange your product and credit you 50% of your original order value (offer valid for 30 days after delivery). The customer is responsible for sending the unused item back. Offer is not valid for embroidered pillows / pouches or on Loom & Co X Pepper rugs.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
