Returns & Exchanges

Pepper products are made to order and are FINAL SALE. Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to request changes or cancel your order.

Because swatch orders ship the same day, they are not eligible for cancellation under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing so you can experience the color, pattern, and texture in your space.

One-Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workroom errors, beginning on the date of delivery.

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us with photographs clearly showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or installation, misuse, fading or discoloration caused by sunlight or environmental conditions, or alterations made after delivery.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your selection, you may exchange your unused product and receive a credit equal to 50% of the original product value. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for returning the unused item and for all associated return shipping costs.

This exchange offer does not apply to furniture, embroidered pillows, or embroidered pouches.

Altered Products

We are not responsible for products that have been altered after delivery, including items that have been cut, sewn, trimmed, resized, installed incorrectly, or otherwise modified.

Altered products are not eligible for repair, replacement, exchange, or warranty coverage.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
