What pillow sizes do you offer?

We offer Square (18", 20", 22"), Euro (26" x 26"), Bolster (8.5" x 24"), Petite Lumbar (12" x 21"), Midi Lumbar (16" x 24") and XL Lumbar (19" x 47"). Please see our Size Guide to determine your perfect size.

How many pillows do I need for my couch?

Can I order a swatch of the pillow fabric before I purchase?

Yes! You can purchase 6x6” fabric swatches here. Please note that our printed pillows are currently made from our printed cotton material.

Can I order a trim/piping sample before I purchase?

Yes! You can purchase samples here.

How do I decide which piping is right for my pillow?

How do I wash my pillowcase?

Our custom pillows should be dry cleaned or spot treated to prevent shrinkage.

What is the makeup of your inserts?

Pepper inserts are 95% duck feather and 5% down fill.

I forgot to select an insert with my pillow, can I purchase it separately?

Yes! Our inserts can be purchased here. Pepper’s inserts are designed for a full and plump look so select the insert with the same dimensions as your pillow.

What size are the inserts that come with the pillow?

Our stuffers are 2” larger than the size of the pillow to give a plump look. For example, for a 20” pillow will have a 22” insert.

If I purchase a case what size stuffer do I need?

Pepper’s inserts are designed for a full and plump look. If you are using your own insert, select one that is 2" larger than the pillow case. For example, if you purchase a 26” x 26” pillow cover, select an insert measuring 28” x 28”.
