How do I get a discount code for my first order?

What should I know about buying custom items online?
Every piece is made to order, so it's final sale once the 24-hour change window closes. We suggest ordering swatches first so you can see the color, pattern, and texture in your space. If you have questions, email or chat with us.
Do you offer discounts for interior designers and architects?
Yes. Interior designers and architects can apply for our Trade Program, which includes trade pricing, free swatches, tax exemption, and a dedicated team. Email [email protected] with any questions.
Where can I see my previous orders?
You can see all your past orders and where each one stands on your Orders page.
What happens after I submit my order online?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to change or cancel it. After that, your piece goes into production. Your payment is charged when your order is processed, and we'll email you tracking once it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and we'll refund it in full. After that, our workroom has started making your piece just for you, so we're not able to make changes. Swatch orders ship the same day, so they can't be

Is there a fee for small wallpaper orders?
Yes. Wallpaper sold by the yard has a 5-yard minimum, and orders of 5 to 19 yards include a $100 production setup fee, which we waive on orders of 20 yards or more. Removable wallpaper and murals are sold by the panel, with a 2-panel minimum, and ord
