Can embroidered items be returned or exchanged?Updated a year ago
All of our pillows, curtains, shower curtain, wallpaper, fabric yardage is made or printed-to-order. As such, we do not allow returns. For embroidered items, we do not allow exchanges.
Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes.
Please review your selections, as we embroider exactly what is entered.
In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please send us photographs of the issue and we will repair or replace your products.
