How do I schedule my furniture delivery?Updated a day ago
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email, call, or text from our shipping partner saying that they are ready to schedule delivery. You will then receive a delivery confirmation notifying you of your 3-4 hour delivery time window via voice message and text message.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link of the delivery team through a text message. Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving at your location. If you do not answer, the delivery team will wait 20 minutes at the location before proceeding to their next delivery.
