At checkout, you can choose from:

• USPS Ground Advantage (Orders placed by 4PM EST (M-F) ship same day) – $5
• FedEx 2-Day (Orders placed by 4PM EST (M-F) ship same day)– $12
• FedEx Overnight (Orders placed by 4PM EST (M-F) ship same day)– $26

Decor & Yardage

Lead Times

• Custom-made furniture ship in 6 weeks.
• Wallpaper is printed-to-order and ships in 4 weeks. A 2-week rush processing option is available for $325.
• Roman Shades, curtains, pillows, shower curtains are made-to-order and ship within 2 weeks.
• Fabric and trim yardage as well as solid grasscloth ship within 7 days.
• Custom-made table linens ship in 1 week.
• Aprons and tote bags ship in 10 days.
• Fabric/trim yardage ship in 7 days.
• Makeup pouches ship in 5 days.
• Because swatch orders ship the same day, they are not eligible for cancellation under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Shipping Service

• We ship via FedEx, and all orders include a tracking number.
• Free shipping is offered on orders over $300 (excludes furniture).
• A delivery signature is required for orders over $550, as this greatly reduces the risk of lost or stolen packages. You may choose to waive this requirement at checkout.

Furniture

Lead Times

All furniture is made-to-order and ships in 6 weeks via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery.

Shipping Services

• Threshold Delivery: Your item will be delivered to the first dry, secure area—such as your front door, garage, or building lobby.
• White Glove Service: Includes in-room delivery, professional assembly (if required), and removal of all packaging materials.
  
  

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the order's weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Notes

• Headboards, chairs, and benches arrive fully assembled.
• Beds require light assembly (approximately 20 minutes). Headboard and side rails ship in separate boxes.
• The customer takes full responsibility for ensuring items fit in their space.
• Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
• Please note that we are unable to ship furniture to Canada.
  
  

Delivery Communication

Once your furniture is ready, you’ll receive an email, call, or text from our shipping partner to schedule delivery. You will then be notified of a 3–4 hour delivery window via voice message and text.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a live tracking link via text. Our team will also call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. If no one answers, they will wait 20 minutes before proceeding to their next stop.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Shipping rates for locations outside the Continental U.S. are based on weight and will appear at checkout.

• Canadian orders ship via DHL Express.

• Please note that we are unable to ship furniture or Roman shades to Canada.
