Why does my package require a signature upon delivery?Updated 7 months ago

We require a delivery signature for orders over $550 as it significantly reduces the number of stolen or missing packages. At checkout, customers have the option to waive the required signature (see below). If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to change this, please email us at [email protected]

Once the package has left our workroom we are unable to change the signature requirement for the delivery address. If you need a change, we suggest calling your local FedEx location and see if they can re-deliver or hold your package so you can pick it up at a time that's convenient for you.
