What is the lead time?
Our roman shades are made-to-order and ship in 2 weeks!
What construction styles do you offer?

Can I get trim on my shade?
Yes! Depending on the shade style, you can add bands, pom poms, tassels and rick rack trim. We do not offer trim on sheer fabric.
How do the shades operate?
Our roman shades feature smooth, cordless functionality for easy everyday use.
What are the mounting options?

What widths are available?
We offer custom widths down to the 1/8". The minimum width is 18" and the maximum width is 96".
What lengths are available?
We offer custom lengths down to the 1/4". The minimum length is 24" and the maximum length is 108".
What is the depth of the headrail?
We have 2 headrail options: 1.5" for shades under 60" wide and 2.5" for shades over 60" wide.
What is the point of measure for each shade style?
Classic / Knife Pleat: Height = longest point. Scalloped Shade: Height = longest point of scallop. Relaxed Shade: Height = short point (on the sides)
Are the shades lined?
Yes! You can choose between privacy or blackout lining. Sheers are lined with a sheer lining to give them more structure.
How do I measure for an inside mount shade?
Measure the width of the window at 3 points inside window casing – top, middle, bottom; use the narrowest measurement. Round up to the nearest ⅛”. The factory will make automatic deduction of ½”. Measure height of the window at 3 points inside window

When the shade is fully raised, how much of the window will it cover?
It will cover 8-16" of the window, depending on the size and style.
