We ship domestic swatch orders within 3 business days. At checkout, you can choose from:. All furniture is made-to-order and ships in 6 weeks via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery. Shipping rates are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout

When will my order ship?

Our custom-made pillows, curtains, shower curtains, and table linens ship in just 10 days. Our wallpaper is printed-to-order and ships in 4 weeks. Our fabric yardage ships in 7 days. Samples ship in 3 business days.

What is my shipping cost?

Orders of $300 or more ship for free via FedEx within the Continental US. If your order is smaller, we charge $10-18 depending on the weight. Shipping rates for orders to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, are based on weight and your shipping c

Can you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via DHL—all taxes will be included at checkout.

What if there is a workroom error?

In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, we will repair or replace your products right away. Please send a photo and details to [email protected].

Why is my tracking showing as failed or delayed?

Can I exchange my product?

If you are unhappy with your selections, we will let you exchange your product and credit you 50% of your original order value (offer valid for 30 days after delivery). The customer is responsible for sending the unused item back. Please email hello@

What if an item is on Pre-Order?

We do our best to keep all of our fabrics in stock. In the event that a fabric is out of stock, there will be an alert on the product page as well as in your shopping cart denoting the estimated date of delivery.

Why does my package require a signature upon delivery?
